Coordinate Your SJU Arrival

Send the travel date, airline, flight number and scheduled landing time when you reserve. Include a working mobile number and advise us if your flight changes. After landing and collecting your checked bags, contact the driver to confirm the agreed meeting instructions. Follow the pickup location provided for your actual arrival rather than walking to an unconfirmed airport exit.

Your Destination in Condado

Provide the complete property name and address before traveling. Condado has hotels and apartments with different entrances, especially along Ashford Avenue and the surrounding streets. A building name, lobby entrance or location pin helps us coordinate the drop off. Let us know about gate codes or vehicle access instructions when making the reservation.

Travel Together With Your Luggage

Your private taxi reservation is for your own traveling party. Share the number of adults and children and the quantity of suitcases, carry-ons and oversized bags. Minivans and passenger vans are available by reservation subject to availability. The vehicle is confirmed around the group and luggage requirements. Ask about child seats or mobility needs before finalizing your ride.

Reserve the Ride Back to San Juan Airport

You can arrange a separate taxi from Condado to San Juan Airport for your departure. Give us the return date, airline, flight time and hotel pickup address. Plan the pickup around the airport arrival time recommended by your airline, allowing for traffic and airport procedures. Each direction has its own confirmed meeting time and fare.
